Looking back at my travels, when I was in Japan, I discovered out of all places this amazing edition of design books. It's written in Japanese but called Editions Paris. It is really a beautiful series of books to 'read'. Given the language barrier I was simply taken away by all the photos. So much to look at, its definitely go-to books for all my projects. I have been trying to find their books on my side of the world..so far no luck. I could really use the book on baby rooms...wink wink.
...and I am back in full swing. Stay tuned for some fab finds during my month off.xo shake

I am not sure how i found these on the internet today....because I was sure that I was perusing rent-a-cars this afternoon and got clearly side tracked. I love these shoes from Rachel Antonoff for Bass shoes called Alice. Wishing upon a red bow they still had my size.

Adesso jewelry is all i wear these days. And here is a new crush I have from their Sorellina collection. Their new Fall collection is on my mind as well, the pieces are so lovely. I hope the designer Samantha Goldstone doesn't mind me describing her collections as bohemian chic. I wear her bracelets day and night. This necklace is icing on the cake!

I am in like with these wall hooks. Check them out from formedandfound
I stumbled on this a while ago and took a snap shot of this colorful lettering. I really like the fading from one color to the next, it will inspire my next project.
I am always looking for new ways to adorn the mantle and space above the fire place. Here is another winning piece of art from Tamar Mogendorff. Her deer head is perfectly classy and neutral to fit into any space.
Today we moved my desk to a new space. I have the view of the trees to my left. It is quite pretty. Next step is to introduce some flowers for some paff! of color.

Yesterday I spent the day on foot walking through my neighborhood. So many cherry blossoms. They don't last the whole season but the best part about them, is that I can look up and down and be tickled pink with their petals under my toes.
