On my wish list

Adesso jewelry is all i wear these days. And here is a new crush I have from their Sorellina collection. Their new Fall collection is on my mind as well, the pieces are so lovely. I hope the designer Samantha Goldstone doesn't mind me describing her collections as bohemian chic. I wear her bracelets day and night. This necklace is icing on the cake!

Sunshine

After a long winter shake decided to escape to the sun and its warmth.
Here's my ode to those gorgeous timeless Tiffany boxes. The only company besides Hermes that can not survive on any other color brand. I've been seeing large highway signs of Tiffany's new leather bag collection. They were bound to jump on that market. Even their hardware alludes to their brand. Most impressive. Here's a tiny secret: my very first bathroom I designed was based on wanting to recreate the effect of walking into a Tiffany box with a golden necklace inside. Check out this fitting one that I am admiring now.

Another Spring has Sprung for Adesso

Shake is announcing Adesso's new website for Spring 2011 that we designed for them and their little sister line called Sorellina. The duo have the dreamiest photos on the site. Samantha Goldstone is the talent and brains behind the jewelry line. She has exquisite taste and it shows through her designs. You can see for yourself and the best part...you can purchase her jewelry on line. On these frigid days...its cozier to shop from home especially when Adesso is in California. And as a side note...her photos are stunning... as a graphic designer, working with great shots make the designing so much smoother.

My new love affair

I am sure you've observed that I have posted quite a few posts on rings. I was deep in research for my first stacking ring. NYC was part of a holiday getaway and I came across the one at Bergdorf's. I was gifted this Carolina Bucci ring. It's the perfect beginning of a stack. My love affair with rose gold begins here. No worries, rings posts will continue because I am looking out for 2 more friends to accompany this sweet new one.

More rings

I've been very intrigued with stacking rings. Combining these ones i found with thin diamond ones are very sweet around the finger.
The artist Victoria Mason is a talent! Check out these foodie versions for people like you and me.

Alternative rings

I am always keen on discovering objects that go against the grain of tradition. I am bored of engagement rings I see on every new person I meet. All the rings look the same wherever and whenever someone's hand waves past me, same colors, same shape. yawn. Oh, but I would certainly take a double take at these rings from jewelry designer Metalicious. These sweet rings are the perfect statement. Understated.

From doodles to jewels

Caught this on the Today's Show. A website called Formiad Design where you can submit your children drawings or even your doodles and the jeweler will transform them into real life pendants.
